These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Vessaly website, vessaly.com, and your purchase of products from our online store.

We use third-party payment providers to process payments. Vessaly does not directly store complete payment card information.
By placing an order, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process the payment associated with your purchase.
6. Orders and Order Acceptance
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected in your order.
After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation by email. An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted for fulfillment.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order when reasonably necessary, including in situations involving:

- Duplicate or unusually large orders

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue a refund for the amount charged for the canceled order.
7. Order Processing
We aim to process orders within 3 business days after successful payment authorization.
During periods of unusually high order volume, holidays, promotions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control, processing may take longer.
Once your order has been processed and the shipment information becomes available, tracking information may be provided to you by email.
Receiving tracking information does not necessarily mean that the package has already reached its final carrier or destination. Tracking updates may take time to appear as the shipment moves through the carrier network.
8. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship to eligible destinations within the United States. Standard shipping is free on all orders within the United States. Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
Standard delivery generally takes approximately 7–13 business days after order processing, although actual delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier operations, customs processing, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Shipping costs are incorporated into the product prices displayed on our website and are presented to customers as free shipping.

9. Delays, Customs, and Delivery Issues
Delivery estimates are provided as estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Once an order has been shipped, delays may occur due to carrier operations, customs procedures, weather, holidays, incorrect or incomplete address information, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

10. Returns, Refunds, Exchanges, and Damaged Items
Our Returns & Exchanges Policy forms part of these Terms.
Customers may request a return, refund, or exchange within 30 days of receiving their order, subject to the conditions described in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
We accept eligible returns for both defective and non-defective products.
For non-defective returns, products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition. The customer is responsible for applicable return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@vessaly.com. Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund. Customers will not be responsible for eligible return shipping costs when the return is required because the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

11. Changes of Mind
If you change your mind, ordered the wrong item, or decide that the product is not right for you, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for applicable return shipping costs.
Customers may also request an exchange within 30 days of delivery, subject to product availability. If there is a price difference between the original item and the replacement item, we will provide instructions regarding any applicable additional payment or refund before completing the exchange.
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or waived under applicable law.

From time to time, Vessaly may offer promotional codes, discounts, special offers, or other promotions.
Each promotion may have its own terms and eligibility requirements.
